#WhatsForTeaTonight – Pan Fried Salmon….

Tonight, we had delicious pan fried salmon which was a last minute change to our menu as I spotted some reduced salmon fillets when I popped to the shop for some milk (we have a new smoothie maker so milk isn’t lasting as long as usual at the moment).  I picked up a bag of value lemons and fried the salmon in a pan with two of those quartered.  I served it with fried and peas and just moved what we were planning for tonight to tomorrow. 😉
