What we're eating this week

#WhatsForTeaTonight – Philly chicken and veggie rice….

Tonight was Miss F’s turn to cook and she did so well – she stuffed chicken breasts with a mix of Philadelphia soft cheese and grated garlic and made vegetable rice which is basically just rice cooked in veggie stock with a couple of handfuls of frozen veg added to it.


It’s great to get kids in the kitchen and helping out with the meal planning – it helps get them on board with it and not ask for different things at the last minute.  We actually sit round the table for ten minutes every weekend and plan the meals together.
